Forgot password

If you forgot your password, you can reset the password easily on Matrx. 

Windows and macOS

1. Click on the profile photo at the upper right corner and click on My Profile.

2. Click on the Change Password button.

3. Click on the Forgot Password button to reset the password.

Android and iOS

1. Tap the Settings button at the lower right corner.

2. Tap your username to enter the My Profile page and then tap Change Password.

3. Tap the Forgot Password button to reset the password.
